Ceramic
For generations, Bambara artisans have used open fires and natural paints to transform clay and hay into pots and water vessels for both daily and ornamental use.
N’Djogou Diallo learned these techniques from his family and community and has practiced traditional methods of ceramic making for over thirty years.
Diallo sells his work within his community but is excited to bring his art and stories to the United States.
