2011 Market Entertainment Schedule:
The 2011 line-up featured great acts like the all-star West African Highlife Band, who played a fusion of African roots and western music, popular since its beginnings in the early 20th century. We welcomed the Tibetan monks from the Drepung Loseling Monestary, as well as dance and music from the Al Najoom Troupe from Oman. . . complete with drums and bagpipes (yes, bagpipes!).
