THE DEADLINE FOR APPLYING TO THE 2010 MARKET - OCTOBER 1 - HAS PASSED. The preferred method of application is to fill out Part 1 online, using the form below. If you fill out Part 1 online, then you’ll be taken to a page on this site to download Parts 2, 3 and 4 as a PDF that you can fill out, save and send to us by mail with the photographs and other materials required to complete your application.

PART 1, Sections A, B and C - CONTACT INFORMATION

All applicants fill out Section A.

Check the box (ONLY ONE) that applies and fill in the applicant’s Name and Email address at the end of this list. In addition to Section A, you may have to fill out Section B/C according to the instructions for the box that you checked.

You are an Independent Artist applying to attend the Market and sell art you have made yourself (Booth fee: $400). Fill out Section A only.
You are a Cooperative artist who is applying as a member of a cooperative and will be selling your artwork and the artwork of other cooperative members (Booth fee $400). In addition to Section A, fill out Section B/C: Contact Information.
You are an Individual (not part of a business, cooperative or non-profit organization) applying for an artist and you will financially sponsor the artist to attend the Market (Booth fee $400). In addition to Section A, fill out Section B/C: Contact Information.
You are a Non-profit Organization applying for an artist and you will financially sponsor the artist to attend the Market (Booth fee $400). Proof of non-profit status must be submitted with the application. In addition to Section A, fill out Section B/C: Contact Information.
You are a Non-profit Organization applying for an artist who will not attend the Market (Booth fee $800). Proof of non-profit status must be submitted with the application. In addition to Section A, fill out Section B/C: Contact Information.
You are a Business applying for an artist and you will financially sponsor the artist to attend the Market (Booth fee $400). In addition to Section A, fill out Section B/C: Contact Information.
You are a Business applying for an artist who will not attend the Market (Booth fee $800). In addition to Section A, fill out Section B/C: Contact Information.

Cooperatives, individuals, non-profit organizations and businesses - that apply for and sponsor an artist or artists to attend and participate in the Market - are hereby indicating their commitment to ensure that costs related to this attendance and participation are covered so that the sponsored artists will be at the Market. Such support includes: airfare; ground transportation; lodging; meals; passport and visa fees; shipping and customs clearance; and the booth fee. Artists who qualify and apply for Financial Assistance from the Market, and receive one of the limited number of Artist Financial Assistance Packages available, are still responsible for costs such as passport and visa fees, shipping and customs clearance, and the booth fee. Please review Page C, 2010 FINANCIAL RULES & PROCEDURES, #2 - #8.
